My pre-pregnancy weight was like 114 lbs. After giving birth, my weight was stuck at 124 lbs. It has been like this ever since I gave birth to my first child until last month, my weight seemed to be gradually increasing.

A couple of days ago, i checked how much I weighed. I was still expecting it to be at 124 lbs., but no! The scale registered at 128 lbs. What a shame!

I am ashamed that my discipline with regards to my food intake became lax. It seems that, as I recall, I have been eating and eating to my heart's content, that I forgot that I was supposed to loose weight.
